Hello, my freaky darlings! Thank you kindly for visiting my side
of the mushroom. Since you have found your way here, I'm assuming
you'd like to know a bit about me. I reside in Powhatan, Virginia
with my wonderful family and pets.
I graduated from VCU art school for animation, but turned to
illustration soon after, preferring a business of my own. I have been
drawing fairies for as long as I can remember. My artwork now
mixes the technical realism that I have learned with the fantastical
subjects that I have always loved, and the emotional
expressions from my cartoon roots.
Since 2006 I've been traveling the festival circuit as the
Mad Hatteress, peddler of fine wares and exotic trinkets. I've made
many wonderful friends along the way, and feel very much as
though I have run away with the circus! Given my many
eccentricities, this pleases me greatly, and on any given day
you might find me making new artistic designs, lurking at a
Renn Faire, or flouncing about in a new costume. I dearly hope that
you will find something that touches you among my many works.
Something that allows you a glimpse of the gratitude I have felt
towards those whose work has touched me over the years.
